The Beef’s identity

SpoilerDiscussion

How do we feel about the franchising angle?

I totally understand the opportunity there (in Ebra’s voice, of course), but I can’t help feeling like it might ruin what makes The Beef so special. It risks compromising the quality, stripping away the uniqueness, and turning it into just another Subway-style chain.

To me, the charm of a hole-in-the-wall or mom-and-pop shop isn’t just about the sandwich — it’s about the whole experience. The chaos, the soul, the loudness, the cursing, the beautiful dysfunction of the trio barely holding it all together. That’s what The Beef is.

Is it worth compromising The Beef to help manage The Bear?

Curious to hear what you all think..
