I just bought some used redwings, and have a small question

I just bought those, and i really like them. But i've seen that the black rolled leather part on top has a little tear in one of the shoes. Is that a fixable thing? I paid 100€ for them thats still a steal i guess, Beckmans go in germany for 485 or something.
