Kitty scared of Lyle?

Why was she scared of him exactly? Do you think Lyle was ever aggressive to her? I've heard that Kitty and Jose started locking their doors on the last weeks of the murders and so did the brothers, they were all scared of something? Lyle says that his mother was the one with the temper and we just have Lyle's side of the story but Kitty would go tell her therapist that she was scared of her son? Was it because she thought he would become like Jose in the future or what? That he would start beating her and such? But didn't she SA him? Well Erik wasn't so sure when Lyle said that it may have all been in his head to Dr Vicary..I mean Lyle does look like young Jose ..Maybe Kitty hated that?..I don't think Kitty hated Erik as much as she hated Lyle and Erik can forgive his mother because he understood that she a victim in some way too but Lyle doesn't forgive her and forgives Jose
