Withdrawal of enrollment

This is probably a very stupid question, but would it be possible to withdraw my enrollment to NUL during the beginning of the first sem? The manual appeal results of UPLB are on july 25 so I plan to have NU as a backup school. The problem is that NU classes start on 21. IDK what to do helpp please.
