Replacement IEM wire?

I'm looking for a replacement IEM wire that has a mic similar to the KBear Storm IEMs. I got these 6 months ago so the wear and tear is expected (even though I take good care of these things.) I'm mentioning the mic part because I talk to my partner literally everyday using these headphones because the mic is still super clear. So when they started to cut out I got really sad bc I LOVE these headphones. that being said- if anybody can recommend a decent wire replacement that would be great.
