Help with what looks like old anime Bronze vs Gold

Hey everyone, found an old pencil box with some art that looks pretty much in the style of 90s anime and the text Bronze vs Gold.

Search returned nothing, but if anyone watched something like this and can point me to a source/wiki/archive/video I will be super grateful. For context, box is indeed from the early 90s, so probably something aired at that time.
