Recently my older sibling let me borrow some skirts. It was wonderful and it made me super euphoric, but there was one problem; you could see my bulge. I got really dysphoric and tried tucking. I've tried tucking before, but I didn't own fem clothes so I usually just gave up because it wasn't that important to me. Now, because I'm wearing fem clothes I put forth actual effort and did more research. I encountered lots of issues. First, my balls kept falling out of my inguinal canals. Also, I am a broke teen who doesn't have access to tucking tape or any underwear that can hold my stuff in place. Also, I tried using medical tape instead and it hurt.

So, how do I safely tuck? I want to start wearing skirts in public because I'm out to a group of friends and I hate how I never look or dress fem around them. I'm not comfortable having such a noticeable bulge show while dressing fem. I have a face that's kinda feminine so I could pass as a masc looking woman but not with a bulge. Please help me.
