Problems with Bugs!

Hi guys!

I recently uploaded my game, it's a small nsfw RPGMaker MV horror game. But there's a question.

As some people play the game, they come across some bugs in the game, and how much I look inside the engine or playtest myself, it's working fine.

How to overcome these bug reports if I cannot find the source?
