I'm going to travel to the Bavarian region soon, and I'd like to know your FOOD recommendations

I will arrive at memmingen on a Sunday, and I'll stay in Germany until Friday (a total of 6 days). I already have a couple castle visits and obviously a Munich tour amongst other things, but I'd really like to focus on food here.

I'd like to hear your best place suggestions for typical German dishes of all kind, and also desserts, like apfelstrudel. I'd also like to know where to experience the best beers in Munich and I'd also like to try one of the classic doner places.

I've tried looking them up on travel sites, Google maps, forums, etc. But there are just so many of them I just can't decide or know if it's actually worth it. Thank you.
