This Node References in Query Editor

I'm trying to set up a search node on the TagA template.

I'm trying to say, filter nodes tagged with TagB where the TagA field is this node. It allows me to choose a specific option, but I want the filter to be based on whichever node is open. Right now, I have to set the filter every time.

Is this possible?
