Can’t remember this movie!

Help! I can’t remember the name of this movie but i want my friend to watch it. Its not new, but its not old either, i think i saw it in 2020? Basically it’s three girls who end up exposing a lot of people online (but I can’t remember if it was actually them or someone else) and the whole town goes crazy blaming it on them. The School principal gets pitted for cross dressing and he unalives himself in front of everyone, one of the girls was a red head(?) who slept with the dad of the kid she Nannie’s (I think) and one of the actresses is a trans actress. At the end, I think the town tries to actually kill them and they go on a killing spree back (?) almost purge like at the end. Help me remember the name! If anyone knows it!
