Run and gun?

Hey folks, me and a couple friends are looking for a place where we can practice shooting and moving, but we’re not interested in running official action shooting matches or getting involved with a club. Are there places that one can legally do this in or close to Maryland? We’re thinking something like action shooting, just on our own and at our own pace. Thoughts?
