Are stock 4x4 suv's coming off the casa capable of giong off-roading already without any modifications?

Gusto ko sana mag camping or mag offroad sa pinatubo etc.. like ng mga nakikita ko sa youtube, and am planning to buy a 4x4 variant of either everest/montero/terra and was wondering if pwede na agad sila i-offroad.
