Have nose dives gotten better?

I have an older model pint. I just got bucked off on a nose dive for about the fourth or fifth time and I wasn’t even pushing the board (luckily because I was able to run it out). Is the tech in the newer models better at preventing nose dives? I love riding but can’t stand the nose dives and tail drops anymore. I’m in constant fear of it happening.
