Ridgeline XL - Costco Special - any FOMO?
Hello everyone, sorry for this odd post, but I’m a bit conflicted. I am new to pellet grills and smoking in general. Had a Bradley smoker that just didn’t get used to- and a Webber BBQ that got destroyed by mice over the winter (inside the enclosed bottom portion - the urine ammonia rusted everything).
Anyhow - I saw the Ridgeline XL (or I guess the Costco version of the 780 Pro) and impulse-bought it.
Now, doing research AFTER the purchase, I see it doesn’t have the Super Smoke and a few other features.
I am getting a bit of FOMO with that - the cheapest Super Smoke variant is $700 more, and I’m not sure it’s worth it, especially that I can add smoke tubes to mine.
Could anyone comment if I have a quality grill capable of making Smokey briskets or if I should bite the bullet because of the Super Smoke being an absolute game changer?
Thank you!
