What happened to Morgie?

I'm thinking he's probably just chilling in Auradon planning his revenge on Red and Chloe. I also think that he should be brought back to D5 cuz of the deleted post credit scene of him holding the sorcerer's cookbook, so Descendants will have A LOT of explaining to do about that and I wish the deleted footage was still in D4 but I get why it was cut out probably cuz of budget cuts or screen time. I think Descendants wouldn't bring back Morgie from D4 into D5 cuz the deleted scene is deleted so it would make sense, but if they kept that scene then they would have probably had to bring him back.
