Bleeding 3 weeks Post Op

I had a bisalp (in addition to other procedures regarding my uterine ligaments and bladder) 06/19 and only bled for a good week or so. I’ve had discharge since then and have been using liners to make things easier during the day, but nothing at night. This morning though, I woke up to use the bathroom and was covered in blood down there as if I was on a heavy period day. I put a pad on and am still bleeding pretty heavily, but not heavily that I feel the need to call my doctor. I was on my period during my procedure, so I don’t think it’s my period since it’s only been 2.5 weeks. Has anyone experienced something similar?
