I'm looking for an animated movie whose trailer had a vibe similar to GTA San Andreas.

The main character wasn't a ganster but he lived in a wrong neighborhood full of gangsters, and I think he worked at a pizzeria.
He (or his friend) had a black ball with eyes instead of a head.
At some point, the movie started to get weird, and they were running away from some secret agents.
