Threats of fate

Hey Guys,

i Skript with my character those prequests for Shadowlands and standing there with the Questline for my Covenenant. Now in my Questlog it Shows 0/7 for threats of fate. I cant see the first quest "Help for the shadowlands" on the npc. Btw i never played shadowlands

Is it possible to get it to 7/7???
