I am looking for a job as a Sales Advisor in a developer in Dubai

I am Polish and currently live in Mexico. I have 18 years of experience in Real Estate and now I want to have an experience in Dubai working for a developer. Does anyone have experience working for one and could you share it with me? I would also like to buy a studio instead of paying rent. But I think that being a resident I would have more benefits in investing.
