Is all this a scam

I tried to sell my account and i got a lot of good offers but i had a new device so i couldn't sell it right then

now that the cooldown is over i went over to talk to the buyers and all of their accounts are unavailable on instagram. does this mean they have blocked me or have they deleted their accounts because they were scammers?
