Setting up a SSA on Login.gov or ID.me

Has anyone gotten the error prompt "unblock the camera icon" while trying to set-up an SS account on Login.gov or ID.me? I am trying to set-up the account on my Samsung A50 mobile phone. I have confirmed there are no blocked permissions on the camera.
