Is it even legal to get this kind of amulet?

Just got my first Ophidian Iris in season 9. I was super glad to get it, as I've chosen hydra sorc build for this season. However, after a closer look, I feel that I got something completely different from what is listed in the maxroll guide. I can assume, that this is related to the fact that some bosses have their drops bugged, and horadric knowledge cache is in the same category.

At this point my wain question is: what amulet is better for this build? From what I can understand, mine can be better, if I'll manage to masterwork it into Primordial binding
