Is it worth upgrading from millennia to infinia or regalia?

Hi guys. I current have an HDFC millennia. My current in-hand salary is 1.12L per month, which might get increased to 1.35L from September.

Was just thinking if it is worth upgrading from millennia to infinia and what are its perk? And is it any possibility if I can get regalia as well? My cibil score is above 780.
