Why did someone buy this?

So I just discovered the marketplace. I haven’t played in a couple of years, and I’m not really sure what’s popular in the game anymore. I placed this sell order just to see how it works. I was pretty sure no one would buy it, especially at that price. But it sold within seconds.

Why would someone spend the equivalent of €40 on this? I thought I was highballing.

I guess my confusion comes from the fact that I wouldn’t even pay 10 credits for it. Maybe I’m missing something? Could Ubisoft be buying up items themselves? Or did this somehow become a desirable appearance while I was away?
