Can you find confirmation of suspensions online?

So my girlfriend works at Costco and recently received a suspension that she was told ended on the 6th (today)

She came into work and was told it ended yesterday (5th) and is now receiving another suspension because of it. Although she swears that it was set to be the 6th that she comes back, it would be her word against her supervisors.

Is there a way to find information about suspension specifics online as a Costco employee? She wasn’t given any paperwork with details like this so I’m wondering if this can be found in any online resources.

Note that I don’t work at Costco, I’m just a guy with reddit who wants to help his girlfriend.
