NJ Bar exam - missed deadline to download software for exam

I somehow missed the email that the software was available to download for the exam. I know this was my fault. I did all steps to register etc. But the software wasn't available. They gave us a window of 4 days to download the software which is insane imo. Has anyone run into this issue and still been able to type the exam. I cannot handwrite it all.
