Cycling Lisbon Area

Hi! I was wondering what the best cycling routes near Belas are. I used to do road cycling in the UK and absolutely loved it, but now that I'm in Portugal, I'm not sure where to go that's relatively quiet and safe. Also, are there any cycling groups—with women or women-only groups—that I could join to ride together? Thanks so much! 😊
