"Do you have any tips for growing more hair?"

Good afternoon, evening, or morning — depending on where you're reading this from! I'm currently in my sixth month of transitioning from male to female, and I'm really looking forward to getting a cute haircut. However, since I have very little hair, it might not turn out the way I hope. Do you know of any natural ways to help promote hair growth or anything that could make my hair fuller and thicker?

Also, what can I do to slow down beard growth? And how can I make it less noticeable using makeup? Thank you so much in advance!
