Is this legal?

So I was busy with my doomed scrolling when I found this.

The ad shows ralph lauren and mango brands listed on myntra. But the actual product isn't from either brands, it's just a dirty misleading way to get customers to open myntra and maybe even buy stuff if they didn't realise the brand name changed once you opened the link. Since it's the exact same product being displayed. Idk just wondering if this is legal, I would love to see myntra being held accountable for this foul play.
