I'm scared--I got a positive Metrix test for the first time. How do I go about getting Paxlovid, setting up work things, etc?

Hi, the title says some of it. I'm 30f and today my weekly Metrix test came back positive (no symptoms). I used my last one. I ordered some more Friday but they won't be here yet for a while. I am also running a Flowflex right now to get an idea of viral load, and my 38m partner is using one to test himself. I am also AuDHD and I am terrified of the neurological effects on top of the immunocompromising side effects of COVID. What's the easiest and fastest way to get Paxlovid? Is there anything else I should ask my partner to get?

I'm also a lab manager. I have several experiments running and a big inspection is on the 10th. I am lucky to have PTO, but I have been told the lab falls apart without me. I'm panicking, and I know I need to arrange this before I can radically rest.

I've given up so much to avoid this virus. My partner and I only go to work, the vet, the doctor, and the post office (selling things on eBay for spare cash). We get groceries delivered and do our own apartment repair. I'm trying to be calm and lower that heart rate.
