Coeliac but not noticing a difference after going gf (4 days in)

So I was all but diagnosed with coeliac disease on Wednesday (tested positive for the antibodies, atrophic duodenum and just waiting for some biopsy tests to come back). I've cut out gluten since Wednesday, but haven't noticed any difference at all in symptoms yet? I was wondering how long it usually takes? My worry is that this means I won't be able to eat oats either, as I'm still eating (gluten-free) oats :(
