Your Community apartment pool vs. Hotel pools

We currently live in an apartment for over 6 months and we tend to go to the strip and go to the pools over there and pay for daybeds. We always question ourselves why we are hesitant of our own community pool. Are you guys in the same boat? Generally the community pools tend to be cleaner than the hotel pools. Thank you for your opinions and happy Sunday!
