HDD vs SSD server

Don't know if this is a very basic or frequent question but would immich server benefit from having the media library on an SSD?

My current server has the media on a HDD and the server works fine, sometimes it has to think for a while but mostly it works okay.

Given the opportunity should I port my media to be an SSD? Would I see any performance improvements?
