Bpsfl to bpel with apex extender

NSFWSpoilerDiscussion - Theory Crafting

So whenever I gain length my bpsfl goes up and then my bpel goes up in a 1:1 ratio. However at this point my bpsfl is 9.25, but my bpel is 8.25. So it’s around a 12 percent difference or so. I heard that if the difference is 5 percent or more u should switch to more girth training. I want to gain another 0.25 and then start focusing more on girth. I also would like to be 8 non bone pressed at my current body fat. Right now I’m 7.25 non bone pressed. If I gain another 0.25 and then I’m 7.5 non bone pressed could I gain another 0.5 if I switch to more girth training considering the fact my bpsfl is 12 percent more than my bpel? Has anyone here gained length when switching to girth training because their bpsfl is so much more than their bpel?
