Extreme guilt
Hey recently I visited a psychiatrist during a bad period. I was not thinking clearly and just in a depressive/emotionally very bad state. For some reason I said bad things about my parents, more about situations, taken out of context it would look like they caused me some kind of pain. But my parents are the best I could ever ask for. So after the visit, I realized that she was writing things down in a medical card. Then it went crashing down, I went into a paranoia/panic that I said bad things about my parents and it is written somewhere on paper and will be stored. It was so bad that I couldnt sleep for a few days. I called her and asked if she had written something down, she said stop wasting my time, ok thanks. I visited after some time and she said she didnt write anything down about them but i feel like shes lying. Anyway, this might sound dumb but I cant get this out of my head, even if nobody ever finds out or whatever but I just cant let go that I said bad things about them and it might be stored somewhere, its eating me alive. How do I go about this.
