What is the best way to do steroids if you already have AGA and are on Finasteride/Dutasteride and care about your hair?

I care about my hair more than muscles. I never done steroids but would consider it if there are fellow hair loss whitcers out there who know the most optimal way.

This would probably be more suited for r/moreplatesmoredates but they only allow 1 post per 24/h
