Depop Sellers: Do you use general sizing or numeric in the size category?

Hi! Curious what most sellers here use in the actual size category when listing an item (not the description, I know that should be more specific). For example, if something is a US 4, do you list it as “S” or go with “US 4” from the dropdown? Do you notice better traction or visibility when using general sizing like XS/S/M versus getting really specific with the numeric sizes in that field? Thank you :)
