i really really need help on this matter

So recently me and my friends were caught in the organised crime act to put things into context i was running supply runs for my friend and last year i got caught with a kilo and was hoping to get sentenced and end of story turns out we have been under investigation for a while even tho i stopped i was arrested last week and i did something terrible i fuckin never tought id do i snitched on my own friends but they were warned to stop for a while when i was caught it was kind of a fight or flight reactions im thinking od chaning my statement i dont want to be no goddamn snitch i lost all my friends but i can continue now a normal life what the hell do i do
