Other Tenant Recording Me [CO-US]

I live in a 42 unit apartment complex with 10-15 storage units in the back. Near the storage units are two apartment units, which are below grade. I've been having issues with one of the tenants recording me and my storage space.

How do I know it's for me? Because the camera wasn't up the whole day I was working at my storage unit. When she came home and saw me working, she put up the camera and pointed it AT me.

I've contacted the rental company and was told "these issues are complicated and take time to resolve". The police told me that the storage space is a grey area for privacy.

The camera angle was briefly moved to point more at the hallway her unit is in, but it's move again and directly pointed at my storage unit.

I'm moving, currently, and using the storage space for staging. I don't feel comfortable with this tenant having a recording of everything I own. I would address it directly, but she has a history of violent outbursts.
