Hiring Video Editor for YouTube Shorts (Ongoing Work – Paid Per Video)

Hey editors!

I'm starting a video editing agency that helps creators and brands produce high-quality YouTube Shorts and Reels with strong visuals, fast cuts, sound sync, and captions.

I’m looking for 2–3 editors who can deliver consistently polished short-form videos with quick turnaround.

🎯 What I Need:

Short-form videos (30–60 sec)

Fast, punchy edits like Alex Hormozi, Iman Gadzhi, Sebastian Ghiorghiu

Good subtitle style + motion graphics

Able to edit from raw footage (screen-records or talking head)

💰 Pay:

A fixed part of client's offer

Weekly payments via UPI or Payoneer

Long-term, consistent work if we’re a good fit

🚀 Bonus if you:

Know English fluently

Can use Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve

Know trends and hooks on YouTube
