What should I do when I can’t ship for a while?

I won’t be able to ship for three months. I know there’s vacation mode but that only lasts for a week and I can be forgetful sometimes. Is there a better solution long-term for this? Or do I have to mark everything as sold? I don’t really want to do that because relisting everything seems tedious.
