Has anyone else noticed this when turning deaf.

For context i turned fully deaf recently and here are a few things ive noticed.

1. New inner voice, when talking i have a more desireble voice in my mind
2. Being able to turn into any voice, e.g micheal jackson when i sing
3. Giving people voices that may not be accurate like how id think they sound.

Would love to see if these are common experiences
