PS5 Girlcotters - what would win you back?

I've been F2P since the 1.5 debacle but I'm also unsure as to how Infold could rectify the problem I've had.

Retcon and performance issues aside (which have or are expected to be addressed), my major issue was with the PS5 login issue, which to my knowledge was never directly acknowledged nor fixed, with lots of people having to reinstall the game.

Their handling of this issue was so poor for me that it completely shattered my trust in Infold care for the players and I've since no longer felt comfortable spending money knowing that I could unexpectedly be locked out for days at a time with absolutely no recourse.

So for players who were in a similar situation: are you F2P indefinitely? Or is there something you're looking out for before trust is restored?
