Is there a significant difference between the Qrevo Curv & Curv S5X (apart from £150!)

I’m in the UK and days away from choosing a Robo vac/mop to replace my (unreliable) Roomba j7+. All wood floors, no thresholds bigger than a few mm, lots of obstacles (shoes, wires, furniture etc) and 4 short haired dogs. I quite fancy the Roborocks Qrevo Curv S5X. Is there any reason why I should get the more expensive Curv instead? And is there any other machine (available in the UK) that I should look at instead? I know the Eufy E25 is popular, but I’ve also seen criticism of it… What about the Narwal Freo X Ultra? If that gets an Amazon Prime discount, might it be worth a look instead? Budget is definitely less than £1000.
