H: quad explosive +15 vats crit hamdmade W: stuff i missed last year

I left the game for awhile. Had 2 kinds in 15 months and was busy. Im hoping this weapon has some value. Im kind of sick of chasing all these plans in vendors and wasting caps. Im looking for many plans and rare apparel, if any, over last year. If that stuff is more valuable, I am always looking for cool bloodied rifles and heavy guns.
