In the manga rudo caught the killer on his way out while in the anime he caught him in the act. Instead of bumbing into the killer he bumped into the apostles.

I think I like the anime version more. It shows that the book was definitely stolen from regto and since rudo bumped into the apostle it feels less like they showed up outa nowhere. It makes it feel more like a set up than a random murder.
