Overwhelmed with thoughts of dying

My health anxiety is acting up again but so is my suicidal thoughts im so conflicted I'm not sure what to do. am I going insane. How come I go from fearing death to wanting to die in a matter of minutes I'm so overwhelmed and frightend. I don't wanna kill myself but I'm too scared of my own brain atp.
