Something is painful to touch behind my testicle.

I think it's in the epididymis but I can't tell. All I know is that when I go on hikes or walk for too long it starts hurting like crazy and swells up a bit. I've already had an ultrasound and they said everything was ok. Has anyone had these pains after walking or exercising?
