What is the cause of raised, itchy lines on my healed tattoos?

So I have 4 tattoos, only two are heavy linework. And both of them have spots that itch and are super raised, I know the texture could be from scarring but why would it itch? One has been healed for over a year, and they’re from different artists. Anyone else deal with this? The tattoos look completely fine and normal btw
